They (Carlsberg) also had a bunch of banners at a festival with ‘probably the best beer in the world’......yeah.....probably not.

That has been their advertising for several years now.
The thing is, they eventually took a poll, looked at sales and instead of others just changing the recipe or changing the name or even stop making it. They put their hands up, and adverts to say, ‘prob ably not the best lager in the world...’.

always thought that was a legal thing
as flatout claiming it would be false advertising (only legal in politics) unless they could prove it (they couldnt its kinda crap)
